Fast-Food’s Terrible Breaking News….

NPC International is currently trying to sell itself out of Bankruptcy. NPC is the largest Franchisee of Wendy’s and Pizza Hut. NPC has already started gearing towards closing 300  underperforming Pizza Huts, as well as putting 163 locations up for sale. In July, Npc filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to prevent their company from becoming completely bankrupt.

Largest Franchisee in America, Flynn Restaurant Group will acquire the remaining restaurants for 816 million. Flynn operates Apple Bees, Taco Bell, Panera, and Arby’s. Flynn has been successful for decades and they are also looking to expand. Until the agreements are finalized, more restaurants are at risk of being shut down.
